Fried chicken wings are so good but it's a mess to make at home. For a quick and healthy(ier) alternative try air frying. Eat them with "dry seasoned" or toss in your favorite sauce. We went for a mix of Asian marinade and Razzle Dazzle seasoning but do what ever your heart feels.

Air Fried Chicken Wings

Chicken Wing Ingredients
1.5lb chicken wings
1 Tbsp Baking Powder
1 Tbsp Razzle Dazzle
Avocado oil
Finishing Sauce Ingredients
1/3 cup SoyYay
1 Tbsp Razzle Dazzle
2x Garlic minced
2 Tbsp butter melted
Garnish
1 Tbsp Sesame seeds
1 Tsp Chives

Directions
In a small bowl combine baking soda and Razzle Dazzle, mix well.
In a large bowl add chicken wings, pat dry with a paper towel and coat in baking soda/Razzle Dazzle mixture.
Grease air fryer. Place chicken wings evenly in frying basket. Fry at 375 for 10 minutes.
In a clean bowl add melted butter, sauce, Razzle Dazzle, and two minced garlic cloves. Mix well and set aside for tossing wings.
Rotate chicken wings and fry an additional eight minutes.
Remove and toss wings in sauce, place back into air fryer fry an additional three minutes.
Remove chicken wings, toss in sauce, place back in air fryer, sprinkle sesame seed mixture over wings. Air fry 3 more minutes. Internal temp should be at least 165 F. We prefer 175 F.
Place the wings on a plate, garnish with chives and serve.
