From a seasoning standpoint - last year was a great year for our company. With that said, we realized we needed to improve the way we connect with you (our family, friends, vendors, partners, those new to HLM BBQ and the established fan base). We think you’ll like the improvements we are making this year and are looking for every bit of feedback to bring better quality and value to you.

We built a studio, upgraded our film equipment, took courses in the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, Lightroom etc), bugged our friends and even other successful businesses to see what they are doing right and what we can do better.
We are planning for a video post every 2 weeks in 2022 which will cover everything from recipes to equipment reviews. We may highlight our seasoning, a competitor's product, a dish we like, a family recipe or anything else that peaks (y)our interest. We will attempt this while also trying to make it entertaining and educational.
