We love barbecue and cooking. Originally created as a  barbecue rub, it's been tested on ribs, brisket, pork shoulder, chicken, and the works! Great for long smokes. Try it on beef bacon, turkey, thunder thighs, chuck roast, short ribs, venison, duck and much more.
